芬兰企业，多元化包容性工作氛围，福利制度健全，人文关怀高 岗位工作时间：8小时制，两个班次（7:00-15:00）（15:00-23:30） 【工作职责】 1. follow the processing instruction to carry out the roll and gear box overhaul, test run, balancing, disassembly and reassembly of bearing housing and dummy head, complete the assignment at high quality according to instructions and drawings, keep allocated 5s area in order. 按工作要求进行辊子和齿轮箱的大修，测试，辊子动平衡，拆装轴承座及假头等；根据工艺及图纸要求，保质保量完成生产任务，按要求做好责任区5s工作。 2. know the cleaning process, handle the cleaning equipment. learn the structure and function of parts during cleaning, protect the crucial plane. 能够正确使用清洗设备，在清洗部件过程中，了解零配件的结构和功能，保护零配件关键面。 3. hold the related certificate to fulfill welding and cutting process. 在电焊气割过程中，应持证操作，熟悉焊接工件，能够选择正确的焊接方法，正确使用电焊设备，保护自己安全和工件的安全。 4. report ciss to improve work efficiency, quality and reduce cost. 工作中积极汇报持续改善建议，提高工作效率和质量，降低工作成本。 5. report any abnormal events in time, work together to create a safety working environment. 及时报告任何安全异常项，为创造一个更安全的工作环境共同努力。 6. complete other jobs assigned by the superior. 负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。 7. attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge. 积极参加公司组织的各种培训，努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能。 8. follow the company’s instruction and rules. 严格依照公司的各项规章制度、流程及操作指导执行。 【任职要求】 1. own basic mechanical knowledge and english. 具备基本的机械常识和英文。 2. at least three years working experience on related position, paper making industry experience preferred. 三年以上类似岗位工作经验，有造纸行业设备维修经验者优先。 3. be responsible, willing to learn, have team work spirit. 工作认真负责, 有学习意愿，具有团队合作精神。
